To be considered for Pathway B, you must meet the following criteria:

• You have a clear British or American accent.
• You have prior experience teaching ESL to children.
• You are available to commit to consistent weekly teaching slots.
• Note: A TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred, but not mandatory if you have strong relevant experience.
